This Manuflex extension gantry is for basic tables from the Universal Special and Profi Special series with a depth of 700 mm. The Manuflex extension gantry is equipped with an extension arm and offers a useful height of 1500 mm.
This Manuflex assembly gantry is equipped with a 350 mm deep extension arm. This version of the assembly gantry is suitable for attachment to the 700 mm deep basic tables of the Universal Special and Profi Special series. With a useful height of 1500 mm and a load capacity of 120 kg, the Manuflex extension shelf provides more storage space above your work surface. In addition, the extension arm can be loaded with 40 kg. The Manuflex extension gantry has two extension profiles with a width of 60 mm including the fittings for attachment to the table frames. In addition, there is a cross stabilising strut as well as two further outriggers and a rail track. The depth of the rail track is 700 mm, that of the cantilever 350 mm. The Manuflex superstructure gantry has superstructure components that are made of profile steel perforated on three sides in a 30 mm grid. The height of the superstructure components can be adjusted in 30 mm increments so that you can set them individually. Use the Manuflex surface-mounted gantry for the basic tables to create more free working space and still have tools or equipment within easy reach at the workstation.
