Requirements for lift tables

Lift tables pick up heavy loads and conveniently transport them to the desired height. They consist of a base, one or more scissors and a corresponding table top. Sturdy materials ensure that lifting tables can withstand heavy loads. Lifting tables are pulled apart by mechanical or electrical hydraulics. Depending on the design, a lift table can comfortably lift and hold loads from 30 to several 100 kg.

Electric lift table or lift table with crank?

A distinction is made between mechanical and electric lift tables. Mechanical lift tables lift heavy loads by operating a crank or foot pump, for example. This triggers the hydraulic pump, which in turn pushes the scissors in the base of the table apart. Electric lift tables, on the other hand, are equipped with electronics that conveniently raise the table to the desired height, for example, at the push of a button.

Stationary and mobile lift table

In our range we have stationary and mobile lift tables. Stationary tables are located in a fixed place. They are particularly stable because they are firmly anchored to the floor and cannot roll away. When the scissor lift table is completely retracted, it is very compact. A mobile lift table is usually equipped with casters that allow it to be moved easily. A table on castors can be used flexibly and mobile throughout the company, for example also as a transport trolley for work materials or tools. When the lift table is no longer needed, it can simply be retracted and conveniently pushed aside. It does not get in the way and does not take up any space. A lifting table with castors is particularly useful if the place where it is used changes frequently or your workspace is particularly small.

Adjustable lift tables

Not only can you adjust the height of lift tables continuously, but many lift tables also offer the ability to change the tilt of the tabletop. Having a lift table with an incline and adjustable heights further facilitates work tasks and makes the workplace more ergonomic.
