If you want to store tyres and complete wheels efficiently, you need a racking system that provides the right conditions for this. The wheel rack R3000 from SSI Schaefer consists of basic and add-on bays in different bay lengths, which can be combined with each other to form rows of racks, depending on the requirements.

The robust construction made of galvanized sheet steel consists of upright frames and longitudinal beams. Together these form 3 storage levels with a frame depth of 400 mm and a height of 2278 mm. The individual levels can be height-adjusted to fit exactly in a 53 : 53 mm grid. The length of the bays can be varied so that you can store up to 21 tyres of medium size in one boltless rack. Due to the special design of the rack, a high load capacity per bay is guaranteed. The special cross beam profile ensures gentle storage of tyres and rims.

The R3000 convinces with its screwless, quick and easy assembly and can be converted just as quickly without losing stability thanks to the flexible plug-in system. This allows you to react very flexibly to changes in the warehouse, for example during seasonal peaks in the winter and summer tyre business.
