Sitting in motion is a medically tested form of sitting recommended by orthopaedists/physiotherapists. The three-dimensional mobility of the seat surface ensures that the back muscles are kept permanently in motion and thus specifically prevents posture problems and spinal curvatures. Another pleasant side effect of this system is the activation of the movement and sensory centre in the brain - this keeps you fresh throughout the day and increases concentration and performance.
