Ergo K Workbench, with crank handle, 1000 x 800 mm, melamine top, ruby red

The Ergo K work table has a load capacity of 450 kg and is manually height-adjustable via a crank. You can customize both the width and the tabletop of the Ergo K work table.
Achieving perfect ergonomic working conditions—especially during shift work—is even easier with the Ergo K workbench. That’s because you can manually and continuously adjust the height of the Ergo K workbench from 700 mm up to 1,000 mm using a hand crank. The hand crank has four lifting cylinders and can be folded down to minimize the risk of injury. This allows for frequent switching between standing and seated work positions. Thanks to its self-supporting steel frame, the Ergo K workstation is extremely stable and durable. The frame consists of two 57 x 43 mm steel profile frames and features two sturdy, 60 mm-high side rails as well as rubber glides to protect the floor covering. The 4-leg frame also features a high-quality powder-coated finish. With an evenly distributed load—excluding its own weight and any additional attached weights—the work table has a load capacity of 450 kg. The Ergo K work table is available in a choice of six widths and two depths. You can also choose the 22 mm thick tabletop from four available options.

• Tabletop: 22 mm thick and available in 4 different finishes:
• Melamine tabletop finish:

Consists of a melamine resin coating on E1 (Emission Class 1) 3-layer particleboard with a fine-textured finish on both sides
Abrasion- and scratch-resistant as well as glare-free
The smooth surface is easy to clean
The tabletop is suitable for tasks without high mechanical or chemical demands, such as in shipping.

• Plastic Tabletop Version:

The light gray plastic tabletop consists of easy-to-maintain melamine laminates on an E1 (Emission Class 1) 3-ply particleboard with a counter-laminated, press-glued backer
Edged with light gray, impact-resistant plastic edging
The surface is easy to clean
Abrasion- and scratch-resistant, durable, and non-glare
The tabletop is suitable for light assembly, shipping, and laboratory work, as well as for tasks without high chemical resistance requirements.

• Multiplex Tabletop Design:

The oiled Multiplex tabletop consists of a beech plywood panel of quality class I/III in accordance with DIN 68705 Part 2
The Multiplex tabletop is cross-laminated under high pressure to be waterproof in accordance with DIN 68705 IF (IW67) and is oiled
. All edges and corners are sanded and chamfered
. A clear varnish finish on the Multiplex tabletop is available upon request.
The multiplex tabletop is suitable for applications requiring high mechanical stress, such as in assembly and manufacturing areas. Due to the gluing process, the tabletop can also be used for occasional work with damp materials.

• White-gray PVC decorative finish:

The white-gray PVC decorative panel consists of a homogeneous PVC coating pressed onto E1-3 grade particleboard with a backing layer, and a light gray, impact-resistant plastic edge banding.
The PVC decorative panel is abrasion- and water-resistant, durable, impact- and shock-resistant, slip-resistant, and flame-retardant (B1) per DIN 4102.
Resistant to detergents, oils, and greases, as well as to certain acids and alkalis.
Suitable for mechanical work in assembly and manufacturing, as well as for tasks involving chemical exposure and occasional contact with water, e.g., in laboratories.
