Since the tilt of the seat is coupled to the tilt of the backrest, it moves with you when you lean back. The continuously lockable synchronous mechanism promotes sitting in motion and thus stimulates the back muscles and nourishes the spine. Surely you know how important movement is at the workplace. The chair has a 570 millimetre high backrest with ergonomic spine shaping, a comparatively medium-height design.
