The IBC emptier has been specially developed to ensure maximum emptying of IBC containers. This is particularly important when it comes to the storage and handling of hazardous substances. The robust steel construction guarantees durability and stability, so you can rely on this emptier even with heavy loads of up to 1500 kg. Thanks to the integrated spring mechanism, the container is automatically tilted forwards, the lower the fill level, the higher the tilt - so the contents are emptied efficiently without the need for additional intervention.

The footprint of 1200 x 1000 mm ensures a stable stand and provides sufficient space for the IBC container. With a maximum stroke of 95 mm, the residual emptier is optimally designed to effortlessly remove the remaining material in the container.

The IBC residue emptier is available in two different versions for use in different environments:

The IR-1 is equipped with tilting frames and securing corners and the support feet are prepared for bolting onto a 1000-liter collection tray.

The IR-2 variant, on the other hand, has an ergonomic base frame that makes it easy to work with. This version is delivered disassembled for easy self-assembly on site.

Made of hot-dip galvanized steel, the IBC emptier from Bauer is corrosion-resistant and therefore also suitable for use in demanding environments.

With dimensions of 1280 x 1080 mm and heights of 275/380 mm and 755/860 mm respectively, the two models fit perfectly on standard IBC containers. The IR-1 weighs 43 kg, while the IR-2 is somewhat heavier with a weight of 64 kg, which is due to the stable base frame.
