Ensure that the transport trolley is used on a stable, level surface and secure if the terrain is uneven.;Keep the trolley on level ground and avoid abrupt stops to prevent it from tipping over.;Regularly check the condition and functionality of the castors, axles and steering mechanisms to minimise safety risks.;Ensure that the transport trolley is not overloaded; observe the maximum load capacity to avoid damage and injury.;Keep children and pets away and ensure that no unauthorised persons are in the vicinity to avoid injury.;Wear suitable personal protective equipment when handling and especially when the trolley is used in potentially hazardous environments.;In the event of recognisable damage or unusual noises, consult a specialist immediately and discontinue use.;Do not store the product in overheated or humid environments.;Secure loose objects during transport.;Avoid jerky movements when pushing or pulling to prevent falls.;Use the product in accordance with safety standard DIN EN 1757-3.;Not suitable for the transport of hazardous substances unless designed for this purpose.;Do not leave people standing on the transport trolley.

Product description

Very strong, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy AIMg 3 and AIMgSi according to DIN 1725/1 and DIN 1745/1.

The walls are stiffened by trapezoidal beads. All aluminum box carts have replaceable quality casters. Castors made of non-marking solid rubber, galvanized steel forks, roller bearings and thread guards.

2 swivel castors with wheel lock as standard, in accordance with safety standard DIN EN 1757-3. The dimensioning of the wheels depends in each case on the specified load capacity of the trolleys.

Polyamide castors and special solutions on request.
