Product safety instructions

Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 750 kg and weight of 163 kg. Ensure that the load is safe.;Check the tilting mechanism and safety devices (e.g. anti-slip device) for functionality and damage before use. In the event of faults, stop operation and consult a specialist.;Before use, ensure that the forklift truck is serviced and in good condition. Attach the tipping container correctly and securely.;Ensure that no persons are in the danger zone of the tilting process. Keep the surrounding area free of obstacles.;Only trained personnel may operate the tipping container. Carry out a risk assessment of the operating environment.;Only carry out tipping operations on firm and level ground. Only use with oil presses or hazardous materials if intended.;Wear protective clothing and personal protective equipment when using the product.;Protect electrical components from moisture.;All users must be instructed to operate the operating rope only when seated. Do not leave any part of the body in the danger zone of the operating rope.;Read and observe the manufacturer's operating instructions before use.;Only use under supervision to minimise the risk of operating errors.

Product description

The tipping process can be triggered at any height by the driver using an operating cable, without leaving the seat of the forklift. The special arrangement of the pivot point ensures complete emptying and automatic swinging back as well as locking of the container trough. No hitting the lifting frame of the forklift truck during the tipping process, as the container trough is not emptied in a jerky manner due to the special roll-off mechanism.
