Product safety instructions

Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of the tipping container of 2000 kg; avoid overloading.;The tipping process may only be carried out by authorised and trained personnel.;Keep yourself and other persons safely away from the danger zone during the tilting process.;Only use the tipping container in conjunction with a suitable forklift truck and check that the container is properly docked and mounted.;Ensure that the container is only tipped in stable locations and that the roll-off mechanisms are working properly.;Wear suitable protective clothing and safety equipment such as safety shoes and gloves.;Check and maintain the tipping container regularly for damage or wear and tear and, in the event of malfunctions, take it out of operation temporarily.;Read and follow the manufacturer's operating instructions and safety instructions before use.;Comply with all safety regulations to avoid accidents and damage to property.;Use only for the intended purpose and never overload the forklift truck.

Product description

The tipping operation can be triggered by the driver at any height by means of an operating cable, without leaving the seat of the truck. The special arrangement of the pivot point ensures complete emptying and automatic swivelling back as well as locking of the container trough. No hitting the lifting frame of the forklift truck during the tipping process, as the container trough is not emptied in a jerky manner due to the special roll-off mechanism.

Sheet thickness 3 mm, upper container edge reinforced. Entry lugs for fork-lift trucks as standard with anti-slip device and anti-release device.
