Product description

Special packaging is required for the shipment of hazardous goods and must comply with specific legal regulations. Our dangerous goods cardboard packaging complies with the latest legal regulations. When shipping dangerous goods, the user must comply with the relevant provisions of the ADR, the RID, the IMDG Code and the IATA-DGR or ICAO-TI. We stock corrugated cardboard boxes that are approved for shipping by sea, air, rail and road. Dangerous goods cardboard boxes bear the packaging code 4G in the printed UN marking.
They are suitable for the following dangerous goods groups:
- Type I (X) = very dangerous goods
- Type II (Y) = substances of medium hazard
- Type III (Z) = substances of low hazard
The packaging is tested as "composite packaging" with metal and plastic containers as inner packaging, otherwise the Technical Guideline (TRV 005) "Composite packaging" must be observed.
