Eichner's Flexo planning board, designed as a practical set of 5, allows you to design your work and operating processes in a completely individual and flexible way. It is based on the Kanban principle of the self-controlling loop - all necessary work processes are visualized to create a comprehensive and self-contained solution.

The Flexo board system comprises 5 plug-in boards made of robust plastic in the color grey. Each board is equipped with 10 board rails, each of which can be fitted with up to 10 colored order pockets from the manufacturer or work instructions, deployment plans for personnel and machines and other documents in A4 format. The pegboard system therefore offers space for up to 50 order pockets in total. All work documents are protected and clearly visible in the rails.

With the help of the colored labels included in the scope of delivery, the board segments can be arranged and labeled flexibly and individually so that all work processes and priorities or current users are clearly displayed.

This gives you a customized Kanban system that can be expanded as required. You can easily attach the 5 board elements to the wall using the 1700 mm long Flexo-Board wall profile supplied and move them sideways depending on the application criteria, e.g. by week, project or urgency.

The planning boards have three castors at the back. Two of the rollers are used to hang them on the wall profile, while the third roller acts as a wall spacer and keeps the pegboards upright at all times. They can be easily removed from the wall profile, transported to the required location and returned to the central processing point for checking, reworking or refitting.
