Product safety instructions

The bottom flap could slam shut suddenly when emptying, so be careful when operating it. Operate the cable pull in a controlled manner.;Maximum load capacity: 1500 kg. There is a risk of damage or injury if overloaded.;The product is heavy (weight up to 255 kg), use suitable aids for transport. Attention: Weight of approx. 232 kg (painted) or 255 kg (galvanised).;Powerful device, supervision required if used by untrained persons.;Wear protective clothing (gloves, protective footwear) to avoid injury.;Ensure that nobody is standing underneath the bottom flap when it is being emptied.;The product is not suitable for children as it does not fulfil any child safety standards. Avoid the risk of suffocation from unattended children in the vicinity.;Only use the product for its intended purpose.;Before use, ensure that all safety devices are functional.;When using with pallet trucks, ensure sufficient load capacity. Use only recommended with an underride height of 100 mm.;When using cranes, ensure that the loads are properly secured. Use equipment suitable for the weight.;When setting up for the first time, ensure that the container is in a safe and stable position. Ensure that the hinged floor container is standing on a stable surface.;Ensure that the product is properly maintained to avoid defects.;Do not place hands or feet in the area of moving parts to avoid injury.;Check the functionality of transport equipment (e.g. pallet truck, crane) before use.;Only trained persons may move or operate the hinged floor container.;Please ensure that the drop sides and the bottom flap are securely locked before transporting the container.;Only use forks that are compatible with the container.;Safety precautions against unintentional slipping or tipping must be observed.;Check the condition and operating conditions of the container before use.;Ensure use in safe areas without obstacles during transport.

Product description

For collecting, storing and transferring recyclables. Steel construction with smooth inner walls. Unlocking of the bottom flap by cable pull from the forklift seat. A rubber spring dampens the jerking of the bottom flap during the emptying process. The bottom flap closes automatically when it is put down. Safety device to prevent unintentional slipping and tipping. Fixtures for forklift and crane. 100 mm underclearance - can be transported with pallet truck. With 4 crane eyes (ø 40 mm). Stackable 3-high. Drive-in bracket suitable for fork cross-section 185 x 75 mm, fork spacing: capacity 0.5 - 1.0 cbm = 415 mm, capacity 1.5 - 2.0 cbm = 615 mm.

Fork length at least 1100 mm
Surface finish: Painted in orange (RAL 2000), red (RAL 3000), blue (RAL 5012), green (RAL 6011), grey (RAL 7005) or hot-dip galvanised in accordance with EN ISO 1461.
