The TM-616 time recording system from TimeMoto includes the wall-mounted terminal in black. This version allows around 200 users to identify themselves via RFID or PIN. It is ideal as an electronic time recording system for small and medium-sized companies.

The TimeMoto TM-616 time recording system is operated intuitively via haptic buttons and a 2.8-inch TFT display. The time recording device also stores and calculates up to 10,000 time entries, including working hours, project hours, overtime and absence records. You can easily export the recorded time entries from the TM-616 via USB, Ethernet or WiFi connection.
It is necessary to combine the time recording terminal with TimeMoto software, such as the TimeMoto Cloud. This includes a 30-day trial of TimeMoto Cloud's extensive Plus plan. Our cloud-based platform allows you to view data anywhere, anytime. You receive information on live time recording and real-time data on employee location. Absolute overview in the app thanks to absence management. Define duty rosters easily with drag-and-drop.
Optionally, you can also purchase the TimeMoto PC Plus software for use on a PC. This add-on software provides real-time/attendance data, work schedules, project/work codes, comprehensive and detailed logging, export to CSV, PDF and Excel as well as overtime and labor management.
The TimeMoto TM-616 time recording system comes with a 3-year warranty and is fully data protection compliant and complies with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into force on 25.05.2018. The scope of delivery already includes 5 RFID cards as well as mounting material. The overall dimensions of the TM-616 are W 99.5 x D 44.3 x H 215 mm.
Notes on the software license and registration:
- After commissioning the time recording system, the complete solution is initially available to you in full for 30 days for testing without further registration.
- After 30 days at the latest, the time recording solution must be registered as purchased by entering the serial number on the back of the terminal.
- It is no longer possible to return the product after this time.
- Activation of the software ensures that administrators are always made aware of any existing and legally required changes.
- Any software updates required in such cases are also free of charge.
