The drip tray is suitable for the storage of hazardous substances in GHS categories 1-4. Flammable liquids in GHS categories 1-3 can be stored.;Only use the drip tray for the specified hazardous substances. Improper use can lead to hazardous reactions.;Maximum load: 1000 kg/m². Do not exceed a collection volume of 215 litres and a maximum of 200 litres per drum.;Children should not have access to the drip tray to avoid the risk of suffocation.;The tray is not suitable for storing food.;Carry out regular inspections for corrosion, damage and the functionality of the parking brakes.;Wear personal protective equipment such as protective gloves and safety goggles when handling hazardous substances.;Avoid direct contact with hazardous liquids. Wear suitable PPE.;Take safety precautions to prevent fires and environmental damage. Keep sources of fire away and do not store flammable materials in the vicinity.;If the drip tray is damaged, contact the manufacturer.;Danger due to improper handling: Leaks and environmental pollution can occur.;The ventilation of the work area must be sufficient to reduce vapours and hazardous gases.;Dispose of oil and other hazardous substances properly and in accordance with local regulations.;Only trained personnel should use the drip tray.;Only use mobility functions on level surfaces or in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Product description

You can use the mobile drip tray from Bauer for the mobile, safe and simple filling of oils and other flammable and water-endangering hazardous substances, from 60 l and 200 l drums, at various points of consumption. The tub itself is made of 3 mm sheet steel and has a galvanized grid with 1000 kg/m² load capacity. It is additionally equipped with a stable, galvanised sheet steel plate with square perforation and continuous grid for the positioning of tool holders. Mobility is guaranteed thanks to 2 swivel castors and 2 fixed castors, 1 of which is a swivel castor with brakes. We supply this mobile filling station with hot-dip galvanised push handles either galvanised or in various colour finishes. It measures L 1280 x W 800 x H 2015 mm (tub dimensions: L 1200 x W 800 x H 515 mm) and offers a capacity for the location-independent storage of 2 x 200 l drums.

- For mobile, safe filling of hazardous substances from 200 l- drums equipped with 2 swivel and 2 fixed castors made of polyamide Ø 180 mm each.

- 1 swivel castor with brake, overall height 225 mm

- Galvanised sheet steel plate with 10 mm square perforation and grid, continuously spaced at 38 mm intervals for flexible positioning of tool holders

- Hot dip galvanised push handles

- Suitable for flammable liquids of GHS categories 1-3 and liquids hazardous to water of GHS categories 1-4
