Product safety instructions

Avoid overloading the container above the maximum load capacity of 1250 kg to prevent structural damage and accidents.;Secure the hinged floor container during use to prevent it from tipping over and accidentally sliding off; ensure that the safety devices are working properly.;Keep your distance when emptying the bottom flap to avoid injuries caused by jolting and to ensure that nobody is in the danger zone.;Use suitable equipment (forklift, crane) for safe transport and ensure a proper connection to prevent unhooking and slipping.;Observe safety when lifting and transporting and ensure that the weight and load capacity (max. 1250 kg) are checked.;Avoid using the container on uneven surfaces and wear protective clothing when working with heavy loads.;For use with pallet trucks, the fork lengths of at least 1100 mm must be observed.;Please note the underride height of 100 mm: Only suitable for specific transport equipment.;Use suitable personnel to operate the container and follow the operating instructions.

Product description

For collecting, storing and transferring recyclables. Steel construction with smooth inner walls. Unlocking of the bottom flap by cable pull from the forklift seat. A rubber spring dampens the jerking of the bottom flap during the emptying process. The bottom flap closes automatically when it is put down. Safety device to prevent unintentional slipping and tipping. Fixtures for forklift and crane. 100 mm underclearance - can be transported with pallet truck. With 4 crane eyes (ø 40 mm). Stackable 3-high. Drive-in bracket suitable for fork cross-section 185 x 75 mm, fork spacing: capacity 0.5 - 1.0 cbm = 415 mm, capacity 1.5 - 2.0 cbm = 615 mm.

Fork length at least 1100 mm
Surface finish: Painted in orange (RAL 2000), red (RAL 3000), blue (RAL 5012), green (RAL 6011), grey (RAL 7005) or hot-dip galvanised in accordance with EN ISO 1461.
