Before use, ensure that the protective screen is stable and correctly installed.;The protective wall is not designed for outdoor use.;The protective screen should only be used in well-ventilated areas to prevent the accumulation of hazardous gases.;Exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions can damage the film.;Use only with suitable protective equipment (gloves, safety goggles) during welding. Always wear suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) when welding.;Only use the welder's protective screen in the intended environment.;Secure the protective wall properly to prevent movement during welding.;Ensure that the film curtain is attached correctly to ensure complete coverage.;Ensure that the castors are unlocked before repositioning the wall.;Avoid flames or hot surfaces near the protective wall to prevent fire hazards.;The protective wall should be checked regularly for damage.;Observe all applicable work and safety regulations when using the safety barrier.

Product description

This 3-part welding protection panel offers a high degree of safety in daily use. It consists of a 0.4 mm thick foil curtain, a middle section and 2 swivel arms, each 850 mm wide. The foil meets the standards of DIN EN ISO 25980 for ensuring health and safety during welding.

Simply attach the foil to the upper square steel tube of the powder coated, blue coloured frame using a metal hook.

The protective wall is also equipped with 4 swivel castors made of solid rubber - 2 of which are lockable. In this way, the wall can easily change its location. The castors each have a diameter of 80 mm and a width of 25 mm.

This mobile and 3-part welding protection wall with foil curtain covering has been provided with a 3-year guarantee and is optionally available with dark green or red foil. The total external dimensions in both cases are W 3800 x H 1920 mm, the ground clearance is 250 mm in each case.
