Product description

The spring-loaded pull-out Autostat Type 7228 from HAHN+KOLB is the ideal helper in assembly and production for safe storage of your tools, from pneumatic tools to welding guns and packaging equipment. In addition, the tools are always within easy reach, which supports ergonomic working.

Thanks to the special drive spring and the 3 mm thick steel cable, which has a maximum extension length of 1600 mm, you can work without tiring. In addition, you can adjust the length steplessly via a steel lock. The highly visible orange housing of the spring extension Autostat Type 7228 from HAHN+KOLB is made of extremely impact-resistant special plastic with a thickness of 71 mm, a width of 180 mm and a height of 520 mm.

The spring-loaded extension can be easily attached to a freely rotating and swivelling screw-type snap hook above your workstation. The tool is attached to the end of the steel cable via the snap hook. A high degree of safety at the workplace is ensured by an impact-absorbing and adjustable cable retraction limit as well as a fall protection device in accordance with the DIN 15112 standard (safety requirements for spring balancers). The spring balancer Autostat Type 7228 can accommodate weights from 3.0 to 17.0 kg in a selection of different versions.
